Debbie has completed another milestone in her preparation for the 24 hour solo in the Mountain Mayhem.
Today Sunday 17th May Debbie Richardson completed a 12 hour ride in which she clocked up 110 miles over 11 laps of a 10 mile route in Dalby Forest. She was supported by other club members who either rode with her or took her vital stats at the end of each lap…average heart rate and time.
These helpers included Tom Stockill …who went home early because he was tired! Brendan also rode the last two laps with Debbie. Carl, Clair Ferguson, Jackie and Matt Hough stayed in the pits and ate copious amounts of Haribos!
Well done Debbie! Also thanks to all the helpers.
