Well done to the 8 riders who started and completed the 100 mile road ride today.
Club members Andy Browne, Jeff Francis, Tom Stockill, Carl Martin, Paul Schofield , Matt Schofield and guest riders Rob Powell (Malton Wheelers) and Stu Waller (Nottingham Clarion) started at 9.00am and first point of call was coffee in Bridlington followed by a ride over to Malton for lunch, then Pickering and up through Dalby forest for more coffee. Average speed for the day was 16mph. Special congratulations to Matt Schofield who is just 14 years of age. Paul and Matt have only got into cycling this year and it is a huge achievement to finish this ride. Well done.
