This year, the 3rd Annual Dinner will be on Saturday 25th February at Blue Crush Bar, on North Bay (Sands development). The evening starts at 7, with a 3 course meal at 7.30.

Following dinner there will be the annual award presentations

And then live music from East Coast Vagabonds.

The evening will also include a quiz and then the infamous Richardsons Cycle Club raffle (so bring along a prize or two to contribute)

All this for just £15.

Tickets available from Debbie at Richardsons Cycle Shop.

Tickets must be purchased in advance.

ok you lot this is a 3 line whip!

Tickets for the  dinner are  selling fast but not fast enough! So come on down and get buying. Some great food on offer, a brilliant band so we should have a fab night.

Yes it is a bike 'do' but non cyclists are more than welcome and they will have a great time.

Don't worry if you are not sure who everyone is by the end of the night you will!

Come and cheer for the guys and see who had won the Trophies! It's more thrilling than the Oscars!

Tickets from  me at the shop are only £15 each

See you there!

Sell out thats great news.   Jackie has done some great work to put this event on for £15!  Hope everyone has a great night and sorry Hazel and I cannot make it this year………look forward to seeing the photos of the successful winners of the awards and of the night in general.

Another good year for the club and looking at our events planned for 2012 promises to be an even better year.

Thanks to Jackie for organising another great annual dinner. The food was really nice for  £12 per head, and the band - The Vagabonds - were well worth their fee too. Well done to everyone who won prizes. And now he has an aero helmet, I expect to see shop guy Steve on the start line of one of our TTs this year!

Thanks to jackie for all her hard work. 67 came along to the annual club dinner and awards cermony. We had a new venue this year as The Everley has sadly shut down. Blue Crush lived up to it's name and proved to be a bit of a crush, hopefully everyone was ok with this!

There was the usual quizz tho i set it this year as Hazel was at work. The questions proved to be far too hard, it all semed so simple with wikipedia helping me set them! The quizz was won by a joint family effort, The Langdales and the Baked Beans! The prize, 4 very nice bottles of wine from Ali's dad and cadbury's cream eggs!

Dan presented his awards for his time trial series and i presented the club and Hazel's summer series awards. The club awards were as follows.

Grange Trophy…. Services to club….. Toby Boyes.

Richardson Cycles Cup…. most succesful rider…. Steve Hopper.

Richardson cc Trophy…. Most improved youth…Ali Chalmers

Richardson cc Trophy ….Most improved adult… Chris Cumins

Everingham Trophy ….most succesful youth rider.. Callum Norris

The dancing afterwards was great fun though i think the entertainment for many was just how bad i danced!

Many thanks to Matt the Camera for all his photos, on the site soon!!!

Oh there has to be a good caption for Debbie in her new hat.

Thanks to everyone who helped out on the night, especially Debbie in her help with organising the evening.

And well done to the trophy winners.
