On Weds 18th August club coach Mark Grange will be running an online coaching seminar from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
You are free to ask questions about training plans, how to test your cycling fitness, bike fitting, training rides, how to start racing, how to get into coaching anything cycling you want some advice on.
All you need to do is log onto the discussion online from 7.30pm and you can access this discussion through the website http://www.velocoaching.co.uk . If you log on now you can can set a reminder for the event so you don’t miss the seminar.

Dam and double blast. There was I repointing me chimney( I kid you not) and I should have been on me laptop on the velo coaching thingy.
Gutted I missed this as I wanted to show you support in your venture.
So next time this is happening I will be online and asking some questions. There is things about this road cycling that I have no idea about.
