As its the start of the cyclo cross season I thought it would be a good opportunity to run a cyclo cross training session on Sat 25th Sept.  This will take place at Sixth Form College Scarborough.  Now I know a lot of you will be saying …but I don’t have a cyclo cross bike but a MTB will do the job as well. 

The session will start at 9.30am and run until 11.30am.   The session is free for club riders (wearing club kit) and £2.50 for guest riders. 

The session will cover:

skill sesson on dismounts and mounts

Coach led racing session on a cyclo cross type circuit. 

So if you are intending racing in cyclo cross this season then come along and alos if you want to know more about cyclo cross then come along as well!  everyone welcome and the more the better!
