We are looking for an energetic person to become a coach and join our coaching team.  The club will pay for your course with British Cycling and this will lead to a level 2 coaching certificate in cycle coaching. Link to the British Cycling Website   http://new.britishcycling.org……ng–0

Prerequisites:

• 18 years of age
• Able to support the Youth Academy and be available for about 1 day a month to run coaching sessions on a Sunday in Scarborough 
• A good communicator 
• To be able to complete the qualification in 12 months 
• Willing to pay travelling and accommodation costs for attendance at any course. 
• Willing to deliver some sessions in schools in term time (2 -3 days a year) 

You don’t have to be the best cyclist in the world to be a good coach all we ask for is someone with an interest in cycling and who is enthusiastic about the sport.  If you fit the bill contact Mark Grange markg280@hotmail.com.  Closing date for applications is the 31st August.
