We will be requesting some volunteers at the next club meeting but for those that will not be able to make it we are looking for some volunteers to assist the club:

1. Club Gazebo - we have on order a 4.5m x3 m black gazebo complete with club logos and we are looking for somewhere to store it - volunteer with a large garage required!

2. Scarborough Cycling Festival - someone to assist with the arrangements with the road races on Olivers Mount I did it last year and I know summer 2012 will be hectic at work with restrictions on leave so I need someone to shadow the meetings etc.. so they can assist with the arrangement son the day.  The Race will be on 15th July 2012.  So if you want to learn about putting on a race drop me a line and you can come along to the meetings.  markg280@hotmail.com

Do we have the measurements of the packed gazebo? I have an offer of storage depending on the size

Gazebo has arrived this morning complete with club logo and branding….. just need to practice putting it up.
