Six of us met tonight at the forge in Ayton for what turned out to be a long one.Steve,Ali,Dave,Paul,Keith and myself in the fast and the social led by newly promoted Richard who was heading of into Wykeham.

The fast group lived up to its name tonight and Steve was taking no prisoners and before we knew it we had made it along the top track out of Ayton and we were at the top of Wrench green,we all turned left thinking that we had made it to the top and that would be it for hills but Steve had different plans and took us down Wrench green and over into Broxa forest for some hill training(nice)

The ground was very hard and very little mud as most things were frozen in the minus temperatures but tonight we didnt have time to get cold
