I've said I'll look into this, but so far (I admit) all I've done is download some stuff from BC's website and pick the brains of my mate Chipps, who organised a cyclo-cross event for the first time in January. I'll be updating the committee with more information next time we meet (early September). 

Key things are: finding a venue; sorting a course at that venue; and getting the extra stuff we'll need (like lots and lots of plastic tape and some plastic sticks to fix it to). There's more, but until we've got a possible venue and dates we could use it, we can't really move forward.
