Tom and i met a guy today who had done the Keilder 100. We were working hard on a ride and were surprised when he caught us up. We managed to comfortably over take him on a down hill but he was shifting. We got chatting as i tried to sell him a middle ring,as you do! Well last year he had done the Keilder and found it really hard. Two of his riding friends who he described as 'very fit' did not make the cut at 80 miles and had to retire! Very very hilly, much harder than expected were his comments! So get training !

Nice one dude. It all seems very easy when you can look at it from a laptop after a hot shower!
Special thanks go to Debs for making it all possible of course Thanks Debs!
