Man down at Dalby

Had a good ride around the red route from Bickley today, with Rob, Carl and Tom. Dry trails, sunshine, can't beat it. I was on a singlespeed but the other three waited patiently when I couldn't rev fast enough to keep up. Had a mechanical too - on a singlespeed!

But there are worse things that can happen. We came across Nick Jackson, Rich Waller and another lad I didn't recognise at one point. He was sat down with an innertube around his neck, supporting one arm. He'd had a stack and they reckoned he'd bust his collarbone or something. Help was on the way. Bad news all the same. Get well soon feller. 

Only real cyclists have coller bone damage it means your trying GGGGrrrrrrr, if your gonna fall do it properly get well soon mate hope you got a good scar to show off
