these used to be merida marathon, but obviously merida have pulled the plug on sponsorship, and chain reaction have stepped in…. in one aspect entering now is so much easy (merida marathons were a pain) but now i guess you just add it to your basket..

these are brilliant!!!! loads of climbin, loads of descending. a good weekend away! the selkirk one does some of innerlithen course (the really long climb last year) the rhuthin round last year had over 3000 meters of climbing in 98k.

ill definatly be doing them (providing im not racing)

i think some of them actually have a sportive on the saturday…they did last year, not all but a couple,

i never did one, but i bet they are just as good!
