How was the MTB ride?  Hope you had a good one?

Sorry I could not make it I was out with Carl (King of the hill) we had a fantastic road training ride from Scarborough.

We headed North towards Whitby and across to Grosmont, then hit more hills Egton Bridge. Glaisdale,  Danby, Castleton, Blakey Ridge, Kirbymoorside and across the low marishes back to Scarborough a whopping 2000 metres of ascent and 78 miles in distance.

But what a great day….no rain and great cake at the Moors centre in Danby!

hi mark,   had a great ride today 32 nice muddy miles. we flew through the red route from lower dalby to cross cliff brow over taking everyone we met, the thursday night rides must be making us a bit faster. Smile

weather was kind to us but was a slight head wind over the hole of horcum. we were all ready for a bottle of magners when we got back to pickering. after reading your ride i think ours was a bit easy!!Cool
