Have had some requests for a free ride group. Got volenteers to run it. Prob evening on a Tues and or Thurs and maybe Sunday mornings too. If you are interested let me know.

Can somebody explian to me what a free ride group is please? Frown  Does it involve pain, are the voulnteers actually 1st aiders???

Its basically technical downhill riding.  So riding down a trail and to complete it with more with technical moves rather than the most efficient way down the trail.

One of the volunteers is a first aider…..not that they will be needed.
