Tom spoke to Mike Boag tonight he is not 18 for a while so I updated him to the age limits for mayhem.

We had a coaching session at Dalby tonight looking at course for this weekend.  There was Mike, Ollie Boag and Mike Thomspon.  Mike Thompson rode worry gill and medusas drop excellently.  We spent some time viewing the footage from the world cup and videoing some of the riding that the young riders were doing.

Ollie and Mike Boag did well and rode some drops and slabs they had not ridden before.

Good luck to Mike Thompson for saturday at Dalby he is riding the Youth race.  I am away in Nottingham but I will be waiting for the race debrief!

Yes phone looks ok - good find and thanks for that.

Glad you enjoyed the evening and that you both got something out of the session.

Remember the youth academy is not on this sunday but will be back the following week.   I am seeing Toby today so we will chat about a trip to Dalby for the Youth Academy.
