Three riders from Richardsons entered the Thetford MTB Race sponsored by Whyte.  This was round 3 held on Sun 24th Jan.  The route was just under 7 mils and was a mixture of single track and forest fire breaks.  The ground was well compacted and dry considering the weather we have had recently. Options available were 2 or 4 hour event. 

The event was great hard race but enjoyable and worth the drive!

Results:

Mike Thompson Junior 2 hr - 4th place

Tom Stockill 2 hr 18-39 cat - 22nd place.

Mark Grange 2hr 40+ - 13th place.

The final race is on 28th Feb and Mike Thompson and myself are racing.

yes ok I crashed well a small slip - twice but I was not the only one was I Tom!  And at least you know who was the faster rider was   so you coming back for the last event
