There is a planning meeting tomorrow afternoon 4pm at the Red Lion Cloughton. A group are planning to do this ride and if you are interested please come along. If you can't make the meeting but would like to know more let me know and i will ensure you get kept up to date with details.

provisional dates are end of may. Friday 55 miles, stay in Leyburn Sat 44 miles stay in Helmsley, Sunday 36 miles return via Dalby Forest. This is a road route from Morcambe Bay. The idea being if anyone wanted to do off road then they could join up each night. I need numbers as soon as possible to get accommodation sorted. The idea is to raise money for Mountain Rescue. The band, yes band, will play each night in a pub where we are staying. It is a social event so the milage is pretty easy, tho if anyone wants to do it off road it will be more of a challenge!

Any more interest in this? One route idea is the Way of the Roses tweaked to finish at Cloughton.
