It was during a cyclo cross race…..no hang on there……warming up for a cyclo cross race.

All I did was put out my leg to go round a corner. My toe must of caught something and twisted my foot through 180 degrees. I heard a

loud “CRACK” thought it was a peice of wood! Surprised

Funny thing is, it didn't hurt. It was the 3 months laid up that hurt.Cry
