Tonight's ride was from the Everley, and wow that tempted them out, we had 40 riders out, yes that's 40, yes 40 yes 40!!!!!

Little Hopper led the super fast group, tho i heard that he also lost a few! So that made two super fast groups. Tedman led the fast group, and judging by the smiles and comments he did an excellent job, thanks Chris. Pete, Carl and myself led the new beginners group, tho a few have already moved up from this, Dave, who managed not to break his bike this week, Chris, Alan, and jeff, who may already have a nick name, Kevin (don't ask), all gone, all no longer beginners. It soon became clear that we had two levels so Pete and Carl who were supposed to be leading tried hard to keep up with Marcus, (come on you guys!) and flew round with most of the group whist i took Sue and Sophie plus newcomers Mike and Helen. I think they have forgiven me for the hills, hopefully i haven't put them off, helen did really well and once  Sophie got going on the downhills there was no stopping her! See you next week!

great to get so many interested. Anything we can do to accommodate  the 18? A helper prehaps?

40 riders on a weekly evening ride is awesome.
