Another good ride out,up through Langdale onto fylingdale moor and along to Lila cross,back down across the moors,into low north and back along the river run to langdale end.

every flying insect in yorkshire came along to watch especially in langdale and on the moors.not the best place to get a puncture but i managed to get one about 200 yards after Lila,great fun been eaten by flies while fixing it,cheers to Matt and Nigel for hanging back,thought i had caught measles  the next morning,after nigels puncture just of the moor and more flies we met with the group to work our way past the bullucks
