Received a general query asking how long before membership expires, ie 12 months from the date it commenced or do they all end at a set point for renewal en masse!  This is a point that has been talked about and which will be raised and decided upon at the next cttee mtg in Sept.  Will update all members when I have this info.  Thanks,   ps  If you post any general questions through the website and not direct to the secretary, hazel2578@hotmail.co.uk, can you please put your name against the query so I can respond to you personally as I am not privy to the email address when its forwarded on. Should all pay at the same time so the club knows what funds are available.

I would think my membership runs out at the end of the season begining of next.

The committee has agreed to make membership last 12 months from date of joining, rather than from Jan-Dec. It's a bit more work for the secretary but was felt to be fairer to members.

So everyone has different dates to pay, I cannot even remember the month I joined the club.

The beauty of the system is: you don't have to remember. You'll get a reminder. Our secretary has a record of when you joined.
