Chainganing is a fantastic way of getting some speed. Everyone relies on each other to keep the pace as high as possible. If you want a rest, you stay at the back of the group for a few rounds then have another go.

no matter what your speed or ability, we are just after numbers,

we will seperate into 2 groups,

group 1 will be the less experienced riders, who will set off 2 or 3 mins before group 2, and just try and hold off group 2 as long as possible, and then try to beat that each week.

it will last roughly an hour, the more people the better it is. but again, post on here before wednesday.

if theres not enough people it will just be 1 group, or 0 groups.

we will be starting from tennis courts on scalby road 6:30pm on thursday.

I'd love to believe me but life/TT'in gets in the way. Tragedy. CryCry

This Sat - wedding in Leeds

Next Sat wife's at work so I will be mister taxi driver for the kids

Easter Sat OK for that one (I think)

Next 3 Sat's on holiday abroad

Next 2 Sat's after that TT'in (2 x 25milers)

May 22nd OK for that unless that is wife's Sat at work.

etc etc etc. Confused
