On Sat 23rd April 2011 i will be running a coach led racing session on the new cycle circuit in Middlesborough.  The session will run from 10am to 1pm and will be coaching  on road racing tactics and scenarios.   These really are great structured training sessions.

Cost per rider is £7 for the three hours and we have exclusive use of the circuit.  Road bikes with drops only. Booking essential before 1st April contact Mark Grange:  enquiries@velocoaching.co.uk

We were informed at Croft on Tuesday that Prissick Park is shut until May. There is a lot of soil run off onto the track which is making it a bit dodgy. A rider crashed the other day breaking his finger and arm. Stick to the roads - the're safer!

Now this has ben cancelled you may have nothing to do? The Saturday morning ride from Crossgates bus stop 9.30 start is a good pace, so if it was a good work out you were after get your self along, usually about 60 mile if this seems a bit too far you can always do half and turn back and build on this each week.

If you wana get fast you need to theseSmile The pace don't drop so if you can't keep up be prepared to be dropped, weve all been dropped at some point, you just carry on at your own pace or turn for home.
