I am running a cycle coaching day at Ampleforth College on Sat 5th Dec starting at 10am.  I have been booked to do this for NYP Tri Club and will be looking at aspects of cycling training for triathletes. 

This day will be very relevant to time traillists as the bike leg of a triathlon is a time trial.

Included in the day is an input from a sport nutritionist.  There will be some classroom sessions and turbo session during the day.

This is open to non members of NYP Tri at a very cheap - £15 per person. You will need your bike, turbo and heartrate monitor.  However static bikes are available if you don't have a turbo and your dont need a heartrate monitor all though it would help.
