Tom working! Jeff with you on that one…if its crap weather probably sit on the tacx turbo and train in majorca. 


 Then tomorow afternoon I am off to the lakes for MTB trail leader assessment at Coniston on Sunday.

What happened you didn't turn up then?

We had a brisk 75 miles up to Malton, through Castle Howard, up to Thixendale on up to Fimber and back through 

Sledmere ,WOLD NEWTON and Hunmanby.We noticed your cars on the drive when we came by.

Next Sunday some of us are doing the York 100 sportive if your interested.

Sorry Jeff….packing for the lakes did not go well and I was behind getting ready…..Sorry sounds a good ride though!


Had a good day in the Lakes yesterday assessment day was a ride from Coniston  to Hodge  Close quarry and back through Grizedale forest.  Three on assessment and met an old climbing friend on the course had not seen him for 10 years or so.


Won't be able to make next sat I am down at Cannock Chase on a level 2 MTB coach course.
