Anyone riding out to do this on Sunday at 9AM at Brompton?

I'll be there seen as I'm the club events sec.
Might do it as well if I'm feeling better lets hope the weather is OK by then.
Course info here:-

Brompton 10m TT - course is Brompton to Seamer and back - easy course can't really go wrong - flat and quiet roads.

I'll probably blow the dust off the TT bike and have a go.
At a party the night before, though…

Yeah. I race all TTs on fixed. Gives me a good excuse if it's windy and I don't do very well.
Weather's not looking too good though: heavy rain forecast for Sunday at the moment…

All TT's except when you tried gears at Malton a few times and went slower.
My fixed is ready so that might come out to play this year.
So on your results I should go faster fixed then….????

Yeah. I think I try harder on fixed. You're probably better at riding on the rivet than me, Tommo, so might not get the same benefit. But on an optimal course, in optimal conditions, fixed should still be faster. In the real world… all bets are off.
