Well it was one of those rides today.  A solo ride for me today and in one small section of road near Bridlington I encountered two cycliing hazards 1. mr angry car driver who was coming towards me and refused to give sufficient room on the road for me to pass  (which was just about wide enough for a car) all he had to do was pull over to the verge slightly and slow down….I received the abuse as it was clearly my fault for being on the road!  and he got the required response.  

2. Then another 400 metres down the road I was ambushed by a huge dog who never actually bite me but I had to squirt my carbo drink at it……the torq (pink grapefuit) was obviously to its liking as it then spent the next few seconds licking it all off the road! 

That was enough for me to make my escape…….. maybe that could be the next coaching session at the youth academy …… dog evasion riding!
