anyone fancy joinin me on sat 12th of sept to ride out to possibly north grimston to see the riders go past?

to be honest i just looked at the route and chose the closest place

I will be taking a ride out to see the race next sat. On checking the route they come through wetwang and down to Fimber then up the main road from there towards Duggleby.  Watching them going up the hill past Fimber will be better than North Grimston where they will be flying down the hill.

I suggest that you come out from Scarborough pick me up on route and we will cycle to fimber have a coffee at the cafe there and then take a short ride up the hill to watch the race past.   If you aim to get to me at Wold Newton for 11.00am that will give us plenty of time to cycle up to fimber and time for a coffee.  Race should past there around 1pm.

Hi the arrangements are that the riders from Scarborough will meet at Crossgates bus shelter (over the roundabout from the Byways Pub) at the usual time of 9.30am. 

I will arrange to meet you either at the start of the ride or on route but will text Andy Browne if I want to meet on route!

Bring some money for the cafe!
