Me and Dave Schubert flew the flag for RCC in Paragon's 25-mile TT tonight. Kind of. We both suffered.  There was a stiff SE breeze, but I don't think it was just that. I couldn't seem to get onto the ride at all, and checking my Garmin after my average HR was 164. It's usually in the low 170s on a TT. I nearly sacked it off after the first five miles when I got back to Seamer, but thought I may as well carry on - good training, if nothing else. Nearly collapsed when I finished. Very odd.
