Just me and Jeff out flying the flag again for Richardsons CC in Paragon's 25-mile TT from Irton today - on the same course we'll be using soon for the 25-mile distance in our King of Speed series. Light rain threatened to make a miserable morning, but apart from some spitting here and there it wasn't too bad. And the wind was fairly light. 

Jeff almost go under the 70 minute barrier.  (A PB, Jeff?) I almost threw up.  (It was the same in the event last year, although then I did have the excuse of being hungover.)

Derek and Sarah Owen of NYP Tri both did good rides - possibly personal bests at this distance?
