Well after years of not riding I have done my first 10 mile time trial it was harder than I thought, but I always hated time trialing I am no good at racing myself.  Its not like a road race where you break away and you just keep going.

So I dont know why it is, but its good training.

I will keep going as lewis is doing it and enjoying it. 

I hope my first road race back will go ok, well its alot easier than a time trial.

Anyway its nice to get out and meet everyone.  Lewis and Tom did really well tonight.

I know you seem disappointed with your time Mike but it was your first offical race in years and it “should” be easy for you to improve.

You both did well.

Should get under 30mins next time without that wind, worse possible direction as you have to go about 3miles into it with only the last o.8m with the wind.

If it's the other way round like today we'll all be way faster.
