Oh My God Well not done a 25 for what must be 3 years last time was on the Irton course and i got a 59.59, only 25 course ive ever done, so come on lets get on a fast course lets get a new P.B? MMMmmm wind wind and more wind. started off my avg up to 28.7mph weeeeeeehhhh, then on the course wind wind wind slowley but surley dropped down mile by mile aghhhh ok i'll settle for 27, on the turn 25.5??? then the kwind behind pushing out 38mph avg rising come on back upto 26mph then more wind in the face?? took me gaes to get my minute man then where is the slip way saw back end of a rider up slip road, followed and then on the Round a bout unsure where to go as i tought it was right then realised no straight on, luckily the wind was behind so picked up to speed and finished 25.4 avg weeehh 59.18 new P.B.

Oh yeah forgot almost missed start 6 miles to get there finally got there with number 7 he missed his spot, number 12 was on the start took gel 30 secs clip in go alot of variables hopefully next time a flat day knowing where the start is and knowing the course, and i'll get a quicker day. HR sat a t 173 which is good.

End of day new P.B and under the hour not bad considering not been TTing for nearly 3 years
