It was a harder night tonight, with most of us at least a minute slower up Bartindale due to the headwind, and we never really got that back. Paul Hickman's ride was a corker - faster than last time.
Matthew missed his start, so lost about 20 seconds or so.
Good rides too from Pete McCauley (only 10 seconds down), Lorraine (getting almost the time she 'ought' to according to my spreadsheet), and Kevern.
In the season long series, Matthew Enticknap is now in pole position as fastest TTer (based on best rides on each course), with a 'BAR' speed of 25.40mph. Paul Hickman is second with 25.27mph (not much in it!), and then there's a big drop to third (me, with 23.61mph - narrowly ahead of Andy on 23.49mph).
It's getting a lot closer in the 'best improver competition'. Tim Watts still leads, just ahead of Dave Myers and Dave Simpson, in that order. One strong ride from any of them could decide it. Rich Simms, Paul Hickman and Callum Norris might also be in with a shout, given a strong ride or two.
